How do you structure partnership?
Hourly block-based billing with clearly defined deliverables, timelines, and success metrics. For website designs, it’s a one-off payment based on complexity. Simple. No surprises. We’re not that kind of human.
Whats the typical timeline?
It depends on the project, how many people need to approve things, and how many of those people are on vacation. We give a rough estimate early on, then a detailed schedule once we know what we’re actually doing.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. 60 days, unused credits, no drama. Give it two months. If it still isn’t working, we’d honestly rather you leave happy than stay miserable. We have enough of that already.
Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. That’s the point. You don’t need to know what’s broken, why it’s broken, or how long it’s been broken. You just need to tell us it’s broken. We’ll handle the rest.
